Donald Driver Autograph

I get to see a lot of my family at Christmas time, but my grandpa and grandma normally can't make it. So, yesterday at my uncle's house, we got to have Christmas with my grandpa and grandma. I was very happy to see them. After everybody there settled down, we started to open presents. I was handed my gift and I opened it up. It was an official Donald Driver jersey, but that wasn't all. I've gotten a jersey signed by Donald Driver before, but this one was signed personally to me by him. It read "To Lance, Go Pack Go, Donald Driver #80." It was definitely one of my favorite gifts ever because Donald Driver is my favorite football player of all time. Now, I just have to find a frame to put it up in along with my picture of Donald and I.

Goals

My goal for the end of the semester is to have at least a 3.4GPA. I think I had a pretty good first semester, but it still could have been better. For the second semester I am hoping for at least a 3.5GPA.

Everest

My picture represents determined because all of these people show people who never stop trying, just like the blind man in the Everest story. He didn't care that he was blind. He always told the guys that he wanted to be treated just like everyone else. He didn't want to slow them down with his disability. This really shows determination to get his life-long goal of climbing Mt. Everest.

Tarantulas

If I had to choose between studying wasps or tarantulas, I would pick tarantulas. Tarantulas are very interesting creatures. They way between one and three ounces. They are about the size of a tea cup. They can also be up to 4.75 inches long. Tarantulas have more legs than most bugs and this is very intriguing to me.

Inspiration

My family and friends are my biggest inspirations. They always tell me that I am capable of many things in my life. They don't bring me down and I am very happy to have such supportive people in my life.

Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving is coming up soon. It is one of my favorite times of the year. I get to spend time with parts of my family that I haven't seen in over a year. Thanksgiving also means that winter and Christmas are just around the corner. I love all of the food that is served when my whole family and I sit down to eat. The turkey, mash potatoes, and gravy are my favorite parts of the meal. What do you like about Thanksgiving?
